Gender discrimination, in its various debilitating forms, is known to occur in almost every professional setting.For this reason, Media Monitoring Africa and local media partners in Zimbabwe investigated the nature of gender discrimination in Zimbabwean newsrooms. This was achieved through exploring the lived experiences of the country’s media workers. The research unearthed interesting and concerning issues about gender discrimination in that country’s newsrooms.
