Elections are coming and some say they may be sooner than we anticipate. We say hooray! We love elections at MMA. There is a certain inexplicable joy at the prospect of monitoring a whole lot of media, analysing each news item, tracking the big stories and the little ones too, considering issues of fairness and bias, party coverage and gender equality.

Whatever changes 50/50 is going through, i hope they don’t compromise on its independence and make the show more exciting and accessible for the general public. I hate that trash like survivor overruns quality local content.

50/50 is a very nice project. Unfortunately we don’t have such one in my own country but I can enjoy it usung my Interenet (http://rapid4me.com ). Continue working! I’m sure it helps many people
